Beechwood Avenue:
MDA were appointed to transform a former Edwardian family home into a comfortable low carbon house.
This full refurbishment improved the energy efficiency of the existing fabric, and added a highly insulated garden extension and loft space. Environmentally-friendly features included a 3000L rain water harvesting tank, solar thermal panels and photo-voltaic panels feeding back to the grid.
