Founded by Maria Demargne, MDA designs bespoke and carefully considered homes in West London.
MDA is passionate about creating beautiful, naturally lit spaces that meet the demands of modern living while being mindful of their environmental impact. Over the years we have gained valuable experience dealing with projects in conservation areas and Grade II listed buildings. We bring a modern and sensitive design approach, tailored to suit different personal and building contexts, budgets and timescales. We handle all project stages from initial brief to completion, including planning, complete detailed design service, project management and construction supervision. We also offer a range of consultancy services.
Maria Demargne graduated from E.T.S.A.B. Barcelona in 1997. After completing a Master’s degree in Environmental Design in Architecture at the Martin Centre, University of Cambridge, she worked at NRA architects (now NRAP) on residential and University buildings. Since 2001 Maria has focused on residential projects, establishing a track record of satisfied (and in some cases, repeat) clients, growing an extensive network of building contractors, consultants and suppliers.
